The Plenary Stage
The Plenary Stage with 3 wrap around curved screens with live feed and live video calling. The stage was surrounded by a temporary raked seating unit to hold 500 guests, the last seat was raised by 3m to ensure an unobstructed view for everyone. FOH was attached to the rear of the raked seating unit.

Entrance into the plenary area was through the yellow tunnel under the raked seating unit.
Exhibition and networking area
Wallpaper prints
Temporary walls with beautiful wallpaper finished vinyl prints were used to create an interesting space to explore and mingle around.
Expo Booths
Each of the 8 exhibitors had bespoke yellow oval booths with surrounding walls. Flats with iconic landscapes & branding create nice pods of space to network in.
